Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are handled by MedQ Medical Supplies. Eligible goods should be reported promptly. A handling fee may apply to goods returned after 5 working days. Sterile goods, made-to-order or specially imported goods, and products restricted for hygiene or safety reasons may not be returnable for change of mind. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

Damage or shortages

Record visible damage or shortages at delivery and contact MedQ with the invoice or quotation number, product details and photographs where relevant.
